Alongside the expected launch trailer,Tiny Tina’s Wonderlandswill be getting one more class-focused trailer. Thus far, two “Welcome to Wonderlands” videos have been released. Each of the trailers looks at two of the game’s playable classes, with the first highlighting the Stabbomancer and Brr-Zerker and the second covering the Spellshot and Clawbringer. With six classes set to be featured in the game, players can expect to see the final two revealed sometime soon. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Class Details

Once players have their hands onTiny Tina’s Wonderlands, they will be tasked with creating their own character. Alongside in-depth character customization that allows players to fully personalize their characters, the Multi-Class systemwill allow players to pick a second class. A first for theBorderlandsfranchise, this should give gamers the chance to make many unique builds.

Each class features two special abilities, with the “Welcome to Wonderlands” videos emphasizing how different they all are.The Stabbomanceris the stand-in for a stealth class, as the From The Shadows ability allows players to cloak themselves. They will stay invisible while using melee attacks, and they can also wield the Ghost Blade - an AoE spell that sees a spinning blade cut through distant enemies. The Brr-Zerker lets players wield an icy axe, with the Feral Surge ability seeing them jump forward to slam the blade into the ground. Dreadwind is the Brr-Zerker’s other ability, which takes players into third person as they spin around in circles.

The Spellshotwas the next class revealed forTiny Tina’s Wonderlands, and as its name suggests, it puts an emphasis on spellcasting. Ambi-Hextrous allows players to shoot fire magic from one hand and ice from the other, something that should be useful for fans of elemental builds. Polymorph allows players to transform enemies into ghostly Skeep (a cross between a Skag and a Sheep), with the transformed foes floating into the sky. Finally, there is the Clawbringer, which has a pet dragon companion and a throwable hammer dubbed Storm Dragon’s Judgement. This hammer can be slammed via the Cleansing Flames ability, which spreads fire across the ground.

While the other two classes are still unknown, one of them will likely be centered around the ethereal bow seen inTiny Tina’s Wonderlands’ gameplay trailer. Based on what has been shown thus far, the game’s classes take full advantage of the spin-off’sDungeons and Dragons-like premise.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Season Pass and Event Details

WhileTiny Tina’s Wonderlandsis a spin-off, Gearbox is planning to support the game as if it were any other Borderlands title. ASeason Passhas confirmed, and it will feature four “content drops” scheduled to come after launch. While Gearbox has not yet shared what this content will look like, or how frequently it will be released, it will likely reveal more info on the DLC packs later in 2022. Based on the pattern seen with pastBorderlandsDLC, a few of them could release later this year as well.

TheDLC content seen in theBorderlandsgamesalso makes it easy enough to speculate on what could be included in these content drops. The first possibility, and the most likely, is that the Season Pass will feature four expansions likeBorderlands 2andBorderlands 3. These expansions would add a new story, new locations, and new weapons to hunt for. However, based on the “content drop” wording, players could be looking at a mix of DLC instead. For now, fans are in the dark when it comes to the exact content of the Season Pass.

While paid content is confirmed, it seems likely that some free updates will come toTiny Tina’s Wonderlandsas well.Borderlands 3was full of free content, with seasonal events added alongside Takedowns and quality of life upgrades. With the approach satisfying mostBorderlands 3players, it would make sense if it influenced Gearbox’s approach to expandingTiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Weekly loot events are also likely to make a comeback, with Gearbox making rare loot more common in certain locations or when playing with a group. Regardless of whether the game features limited time events like its predecessor, those excited forTiny Tina’s Wonderlandswill have a lot to look forward to this year.
