Spider-Man: Miles Moralesfeatures no shortage of stellar costumes for its titular hero to wear, but one of the absolute best is the 2020 suit. As such, Hot Toys has decided to bring this specificSpider-Man: Miles Moralesoutfit from the game to the real world, and the result could not be any more spectacular.
This is not the first time the 2020 suit has been brought to life, as a recent series ofSpider-Man: Miles MoralesFunko Popswas released. Focusing on the PlayStation exclusive game’s best alternate designs for the young Spider-Man, the 2020 suit unsurprisingly made the cut, with Spidey’s special Deadmau5-inspired helmet fitting the bobblehead nature of Funko Pops perfectly. However, while theSpider-Man: Miles MoralesFunkos are brilliant and well-crafted, Hot Toys’ new statue is on another level.

The stylish 2020 suitlooks just as good in statue form, with the level of detail on Miles’ Jacket being second to none. Not only can fans clearly make out different materials for the leather jacket, but folds and creases make it looks as realistic as possible. Just like the in-game skin, the unique red spider emblem can be seen on the hero’s back. A special stand themed around the Tinkerer’s workshop is included as well, giving fans a chance to set the Spider-Man figure up after they have found their favorite pose.
While everything about the figure is gorgeous, the helmet is the star of the show. Hot Toys absolutely nails its interpretation of thisSpider-Man: Miles Moralesoutfitby including LED lights for the helmet. Lighting up just like it does in-game, the helmet helps the figure become even more impressive. While this feature would be more than memorable enough on its own, the Hot Toys figure also includes three different eye pieces for the helmet, a feature that lets buyers change Miles’ expression in a few different ways.
Players can attach a music player to the figure as well, and a hologram ofPeter Parker’s Spider-Manis also included — a fun nod to the challenges that players need to complete in-game to unlock the 2020 suit. 10 different, interchangeable hands join six web effect accessories, with the webbing coming in different lengths to let players create the perfect pose to display. TheSpider-Man: Miles Morales2020 figure is available for pre-order now. The figure will cost adopters $290, with five monthly payments of $52 available as an alternate method of purchase for the item.
With the only downside of this futuristic Miles figure being that it will not ship until Spring 2022, this could be a must-have for collectors and hardcore Spidey fans. WiththeSpider-Mansequelalso unlikely to come for some time, it seems like fans of Insomniac’s franchise will be waiting for games and figures alike.
