The game also served as the beginning of an entirely new story within the franchise starring a more complicated version of the Prince. According to the post, the development is being motivated and inspired by the feedback of players. It concludes by thanking the series' fans and promising that further updates will be coming in the future, though no concrete dates have been presented as of writing.
While relatively little new information appears to have been shared in this update, fans may find the news that the game is still in production reassuring. The number of delays that have affected the remake have led some fans to suspect thatsomething was up with theSands of Timeproduction. Fortunately, this news seems to indicate that Ubisoft intends to take things slow, meaning it’s unlikely to end up like the infamousCyberpunk 2077.
