The Greedy Gluttons event inPokemon GOwill feature Pokemon with big mouths and appetites with the highlight of the event being the debut of the new Ultra Beast Pokemon Guzzlord. The event will also include a Team GO Rocket Takeover that will bring back Shadow Mewtwo toPokemon GO.The latter half of the year has seen the debut of a number ofUltra Beast Pokemon inPokemon GO. During the Season of GO, the mobile game saw the debuts of Nihelego, Buzzswole, Xurkitree, and Pheromosa. After data mining by intrepid fans and teases on social media, Guzzlord the Junkivore Pokemon will be the next Ultra Beast Pokemon to debut inPokemon GOduring the upcoming event.RELATED:Pokemon GO Shares Gimmighoul DetailsThe Greedy Gluttons event will start on November 9 and end on November 17, featuring Gluzzlord and other Pokemon with big mouths and big appetites. Guzzlord is a Dark and Dragon-typeUltra Beast Pokemonfrom thePokemon SunandMoongeneration of games and anime. Guzzlord will hatch from five-star raids from November 8 to November 23. Other Pokemon that will feature during the event will be Alolan Rattata and Raticate, Golbat, Swinub, Pelliper, Gulpin, Bidoof, Bibarel, and Skwovet. Wild Alolan Rattata, Swinub, and Bidoof may be shiny. Extra lucky trainers may also find Lickitung, Snorlax, and Swalot in the wild. Lickitung and Snorlax also have the potential to be shiny.
Other raid Pokemon will include Swinub, Mankey, Spoink, and Tepig (can be shiny) in one-star raids and Snorlax (can be shiny), Mawile (can be shiny), Swalot, and Sharpedo in three-star raids. Mega Gyarados will be the Mega Raid Pokemon. 7KM eggs will have Cherubi, Gible, and Munchlax, all of which have a chance to be shiny. The Greedy Gluttons event will also highlight anew function forPokemon GOplayers on mobile devices. Using thePokemon GOegg hatch widget, the first three Pokemon in incubators during the event will have 1/2 egg hatch distance.
From November 14 to 17, a Team GO Rocket Takeover will see more GO Rocket Grunts populate the map. This takeover will introduce new Pokemon to the GO Rocket pool, which will include Shadow forms of Alolan Diglett, Onix, Natu, Wailmer, and Golett. Players with Shadow Pokemon will also be able to TM the move Frustration off of their Pokemon. Defeating enough Grunts and their GO Rocket Leaders will lead to finding Super Rocket Radars components needed to locate anddefeat Team GO Rocket’s Giovannito try and catch Shadow Mewtwo. 12KM eggs during the GO Rocket Takeover event may hatch Sandile, Skrelp. Scraggy, Pancham, and Salandit, as well as an increased possibility of hatching a shiny Vullaby, Pawniard (shiny debut), Deino, Larvitar, Absol, or Skorupi.
