Marowak always stood out among other Pokemon, as its intriguing look characterized by an ominous skull helmet and a bone club, as well as its tragic backstory, make it one of the most memorable creatures in the entire franchise. A uniquetype of Marowak can be found in Alola, a special region introduced inPokemon Sun and Moon. The Alolan Marowak sports a distinctive mark on its skull and has a thin dark purple body. Dubbed “Marroscythe the Infernal Spirit Pokemon,” the evolution transforms a regular Alolan Marowak into a much more intimidating entity. According to its creator, Marroscythe would be a Fire/Ghost type Pokemon. Its cold, almost evil-like eyes, distinctive head, big claws, and tremendous tail all resemble an agile-looking dinosaur spirit.
Marroscythe looks like a very resilientPokemon, as he wears spiked knee armor and a hard shell covering its chest and abdomen area with protruding vertebrates coming from the neck plate. It also wields a dangerous-looking double flaming scythe that looks like it could blast blue flames at any enemies unlucky enough to stand in its way.
