Palworld, a game that only seems to hit more and more ridiculous sales numbers with each passing day, still has a lot about it that’s unknown. Despite the millions of people playing this game, it can be pretty difficult (at least at the moment) to find credible information online about some of the more minute aspects of the game. For example, just about every Survival game out there (especially the ones with building mechanics) almost always has a height limit to them.
Minecraftis the most obvious example of this with a height limit of about 320 blocks, but it’s by far from the only example. The reason most of these games even have height limits in the first place is very likely as a way to sort of ‘limit’ player building to a certain degree to lessen the burden on the actual game server (this includes both public and private servers). WithPalworldhaving public, private, and even dedicated server options on launch, did they also set a height limit as well? Let’s take a look and see.

Palworld’s Height Limit
Not An Exact Number, But Still Worth Knowing
Now, whilePalworlddoesn’t have as precise of a unit of measurement asMinecraft’s’blocks', Stone Walls should do the job just fine. We should also mention up front thatif you were to build an absurdly tall tower of walls, building out from that ‘pillar’ of walls up in the air would have an upper limit. It’s a bit similar toValheim’sbuilding system where structures need a certain amount of support in order to stay standing, thoughPalworldstops you from even attempting to build when the structure would lose its structural integrity while Valheim will absolutely just have the unstable parts of the structure fall down on you.
In any case, in our research,we found the Height Limit ofPalworldfrom the ocean to the ‘build limit’ in the sky to be about 250-ish Stone Walls high.We got this number from the tower of stone webuilt in our Guild Base, as counting every stone wall added about to about 239, and our Base was just a bit above sea level.
And for what it’s worth, the Height Limit inPalworldis pretty absurdly gracious, as anyone who attempted tobuild a fully fleshed-out basethat reached that high would likely run into severe server issues before their heaven-reaching base even got to the Height Limit. It’s also worth noting that this does seem to be a uniform limit and isn’t dependent on where you start building, so if you wanted to build an incredibly tall base at the top of the Astral Mountains, it may not work out like you were hoping it would.
