Overgrown Rover was an executive member of the Monster Association. It was the only member who did not behave in an openly hostile manner towards the heroes. Overgrown Rover’s feral side only took over whenever it was attacked by another individual. Once angered, it couldn’t distinguish between friend and foe.
It could fire energy blasts that were potent enough to incinerate the toughest objects. Overgrown Rover was able to withstand a blow from Saitama, which is a testament to its resilience. Overgrown Rover’s other physical abilities were equally impressive. It possessed immense speed, strength, and enhanced senses.
Biggest Strength:Overgrown Rover might not have the same level of intellect as the other monsters, but there is no denying that his physical traits are not only bettered by a handful of characters. With its enhanced speed and power, not many characters can stand their ground against this monster.

Flashy Flash is an S-Class hero who is renowned for his speed. He can cut down his opponents before they even have the chance to react. Flashy Flash’s speed also helps him to avoid enemy attacks. Aside from his pace, Flashy Flash possesses superhuman strength and endurance.
He has beaten Dragon-level threats on his own, which is extremely impressive considering how durable their bodies are. Flashy Flash’s endurance is nothing to be scoffed at either. While fighting Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame, he was able to withstand multiple blows from them.

He managed to climb through the ranks with his genius-level intellect. Very few people know about Bofoi, as he uses robots to keep his identity hidden.
Bofoi has created multiple weapons and other pieces of technology, and he has supplied the Hero Association with both. Bofoi, or Metal Knight, is considered to have enough weaponry to take down any hero by himself. However, he has yet to show off his true power to the audience.
Biggest Strength:Bofoi is skilled at deception, so barely anyone knows about his true powers. However, it has been revealed that he has access to many potent weapons.
10Platinum Sperm
Could Combine To Become Stronger
Platinum Sperm is the most powerful form of Black Sperm. It is made up of trillions of cells, so it has a higher cell count than Golden Sperm. Platinum Sperm was able to go toe-to-toe with Flashy Flash, a strong S-rank hero.
Platinum Sperm overpowered Flashy Flash rather easily, and he was even able to put up a good fight against Garou. However, Garou’s drastic increase in power enabled him to take down Plantinum Sperm, leaving Black Sperm in an extremely weakened state.
Biggest Strength:Platinum Sperm’s physical strength was nothing to scoff at, but his trump card was his speed. He was able to blitz Flashy Flash, a hero renowned for his speed. At the peak of his powers, Platinum Sperm was able to cover vast distaces in mere miliseconds.
9Sage Centipede

Sage Centipede was an enormous monster who fought against Blast. It was much bigger than the Elder Centipede, who was a fearsome monster in its own right. Sage Centipede was a Dragon-level monster, and it was unleashed by God upon the people of the world. God wanted Sage Centipede to destroy the person who had turned against them.
Sage Centipede’s size made it an incredibly dangerous opponent. It was capable of causing immense damage to its surroundings with minimal effort. It was eventually taken down by Garou.
Biggest Strength:The Sage Centipede had excellent offensive and defensive abilities. Its exoskeleton protected it from incoming attacks, after which it would kill the opponent by simply devouring them or crushing them with its body.
8Evil Ocean Water
Evil Natural Water was aDragon-level mysterious being, and it was a member of the Monster Association. Evil Natural Water had no mind of its own, and it only sought to cause destruction. It was created due to Psykos' experiments, but it was impossible to tame it, so it was kept contained.
After being released, it absorbed an ocean and became Evil Ocean Water. It didn’t take long for the monster to show off its power by overwhelming several A-rank heroes. Since it didn’t have any organs, it was extremely difficult to hurt Evil Ocean Water.
Biggest Strength:The absence of organs effectively made Evil Ocean Water invincible. Only those who had more physical strength could hurt the monster.
7Psykos-Orochi
Psykos and Orochi combined to give rise to an entity capable of causing problemsfor several S-rank heroes.The two fused after Orochi was defeated by Saitama. The monster used his ability to absorb others to merge with Psykos. The fusion of the two villains had enough firepower to slice the earth’s surface.
Psykos-Orochi also had the ability to regenerate, allowing it to tank massive amounts of damage without worrying about being heavily injured. Psykos-Orochi also had psychic powers, and they were powerful enough to force Tatsumaki to become serious.
Biggest Strength:Psykos-Orochi had access to a great deal of psychic and physical power. If Tatsumaki had not stopped them, the earth would have suffered irreparable damage.
6Tatsumaki
Best Esper In The Series
Tatsumaki is by far the strongest esper in the series. She has taken down many strong opponents who claimed to be better. Tatsumaki can use her psychic powers in various ways. She can use it to lift massive objects without breaking a sweat.
Tatsumaki can also use it to fly through the air and create shields to block the attacks of enemies. Tatsumaki was able to overwhelm Pyskos-Orochi, a fusion of two of the strongest members of the Monster Association.
Biggest Strength:Tatsumaki has been engaged in many battles, but she has managed to persevere through her psychic abilities. Aside from shielding herself from damage, she can use psychic powers to turn her opponents to a pulp.

Garou used to be a student of Silver Fang. He trained under the S-rank hero for a long time and eventually decided to ditch the place and start attacking all the heroes. Garou is not an evil character, but he has done some pretty outrageous things.
Garou is exceptionally talented, and it is reflected in his refined fighting style. Garou’s most noteworthy power is his ability to grow in a fight. This allows him to overwhelm his opponents rather easily. Garou reached the pinnacle of his powerwhen God bestowed their powerupon him. For a limited period of time, Garou was able to withstand Saitama’s assault.
Biggest Strength:Like Saitama, Garou has insane potential. He is also a quick learner who can successfully replicate a complex technique after watching it in action just once.
