Alvida was the first villain that Luffy ever faced in the series. She was considered to be a terrifying pirate who ruled over her crew with an iron fist. 3Daz Bones
Daz Bones is the most trusted underling of Crocodile. While he was working for Baroque Works, he used the alias “Mr. 1.” After being defeated by Zoro, Daz Bones was locked inside Impel Down. During the prison break, Daz Bones joined Crocodile and stayed with him.
Daz Bones is originally a bounty hunter from West Blue, and he was feared as “The Killer.” He is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat, and he possesses a powerful paramecia type devil fruit. He ate the Supa Supa no Mi, which allowed him to turn parts of his body into deadly steel blades. This helps him to avoid almost any kind of damage, but like all devil fruits, it is weak to Haki, and an elite swordsman can cut him even without Haki.
2Crocodile
Crocodile was the main antagonistof the Alabasta arc. His plan was to take over the country and gain access to Pluton. Under the guise of Mr. 0, Crocodile nearly succeeded in his mission, but he was stopped by Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy. After his crimes were exposed, Crocodile was stripped of his title and transported to Impel Down, where he stayed until Luffy broke him out.
