ForBorderlands 3players, Shift Codes are a wonderful way to pickup a bit of free loot from the comfort of Sanctuary 3, and Gearbox Software has proven to be extremely generous with these coveted codes, releasing them frequently through a variety of outlets. This trend continues today withGearbox CEO Randy Pitchfordsharing yet anotherBL3Shift Code, and this one will grant players with a veritable bounty of Golden Keys.
More specifically, redeeming this newBorderlands 3Shift Code awards players with three Golden Keys, and it is as follows: 5JWBT-FT9ZZ-FBC95-935JT-RTFRR. This code will be active until 10am CST on Friday, January 31, and it can be redeemed directly from withinBorderlands 3or through Gearbox’s website. Once a player has entered the code, they will find that their Golden Keys have been delivered to theirBorderlands 3mailbox, which is located in the Social tab found in the in-gamemenus.

After a player has collected theBorderlands 3Golden Keys, they can then proceed toSanctuary 3to claim their loot. Indeed, there is a Golden Chest to be found in this hub location, marked directly on Sanctuary 3’s map, and Golden Keys are exactly what is required to open the cache.
When a player finishes redeeming this new Shift Code and claiming their loot using the three Golden Keys, they may be interested in checking out some of the events that are currently ongoing withinBorderlands 3. One of these events, theBorderlands 3Farming Frenzy, specifically looks towards improving loot drops and increasing rare spawns, while the other brings scaling to Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite. That said, these events both end on January 30, and thus fans only have a little more time to reap the rewards from them.
Of course, the conclusion of these events will not mark the end of post-launch support forBorderlands 3, and some fans are expecting anewBL3roadmapto be released imminently. Exactly what will be included on that forthcoming content calendar remains to be seen, but there is one thing that the future ofBorderlands 3will almost certainly hold, and that is even more Shift Codes, Golden Keys, and free loot.
