GameCube has managed to become a nostalgic consoleand some have argued it is one of Nintendo’s bests, but regardless, it has been widely underappreciated in comparison to other consoles. What makes this demo disc surpass the $1000 in price in the case of a new copy is the fact that it includes demos of many other classic games. Another thing that might make GameCube games more expensive is the fact that they have becomeclassic titles for Nintendo. This title can be purchased for about $200 which is definitely not the most expensive, but it is definitely more pricey than most games.
Pokemon XD: A Gale of Darknessis still a popular titlethat has become more expensive over the years, as it tends to happen with somePokemontitles. This installment in particular was a GameCube exclusive has recently reached a worth of approximately $200. AnotherPokemontitle that became one of GameCube’s collector’s items is thePokemon Colosseumwhich can be worth up to $300.
Another game that became a GameCube classic isFire Emblem: Path of Radiancewhich is rumored to get a remake. This title was pretty common back in the day and, unlikeChibi-Robo, it did sell a good amount of copies. Still, the game is so emblematic of the GameCube era that it can cost up to $500 today. Another game valued at a similar price isGadget Racers,which has become a valuable title for being one ofGameCube’s exclusives.
