KratosMemories was not content with just providingGod of Warfans with a stunning portrait that is worth praise on its own, but took it further by adding some sleek animation. The 30 second clip sees the new “Viking Kratos” sit atop an imposing thrown as a mix of rain and embers pass. Even Kratos is not solitary in the clip, having his body and head be part of the animation. The clip even goes beyond by adding some intense music alongside an opening soundbite of Kratos saying “you must prepare yourself.”
This new animation has definitely made an impact on theGod of Warsubreddit, currently sitting at a 99 percent upvote with numerous Reddit accolades. The post even earned a Gold Award just 12 hours after posting, meaning that KratosMemories' Viking style may make a comeback in their next project. Recentreports have indicated thatGod of War: Ragnarokhas been delayedafter journalist Jason Schreier noted that the decision to do so was made by Sony months ago.
With no release date in sight for the sequel to the 2018God of Warreboot, fans will have to keep awaiting for the journey of Kratos and Son to continue within the new generation of hardware. Although for most fans, just learning the actual name of the game could be a big help. While many have referred to the sequel as “God of War: Ragnarok,” the game has yet to be officially named. Thanks in part to a recently found investor report, more confusion has been generated over theGod of Warsequel’s title. Regardless of what will likely be a tough wait for fans, the love for the franchise is not slowing down as demonstrated by KratosMemories and the rest of theGod of Warsubreddit.
