Unlike the Pyro characters Klee, Diluc, and Hu Tao who are typically built as DPS, Bennett is more of a Pyro support character. InGenshin Impact, Bennett’s ultimate provides a healing bonus, but his fully charged Elemental Skill can be catastrophic depending on location because it launches him backward upon impact. Because of this, Bennett used to be an underrated character, but manyGenshin Impactplayers are recognizing his potential as an S-tier support with the right build.

Of course, it’s almost impossible to see Bennett leaving the Meta unless he eats a direct nerf, and knowing HoYoverse, that is not going to happen anytime soon. Instead, Bennett is becoming more viable as a Support. Simply because, asGenshin Impactexpands,Bennett’s buildis also getting updated with new weapons and Artifacts.
Best Artifacts For Bennett In Genshin Impact
As a buffer, Bennett’s strengths rely heavily on his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, so players will want to look for items with Energy Recharge as main or substats. As for other jobs, here’s the best main stat for each role:
4-Noblesse Oblige For Dedicated Buffer
As far as Artifacts go, the 4-Noblesse Obligeset is the most effective for Bennett. At 2-piece, it increases Elemental Burst Damage by 20%, and at 4-piece, increases the entire party’s ATK by 20% for 12 seconds after using Bennett’s Elemental Burst. The 2-piece effect of Noblesse is mostly unneeded, but the 4-piece effect is perfect to further enhance the Adventurer as a buffer.
4-Crimson Witch of Flames For DPS
The 4-Crimson Witch of Flamesset is suitable for any Pyro user with a Pyro DPS build, and for Bennett, it will help him inflict more damage, especially when triggering Elemental Reactions.
4-Emblem of Severed Fate For Burst Support
As a Burst support, Bennett is meant to deal damage when he casts his Elemental Burst. Therefore, 4-Emblem of Severed Fateis the best option for him. This set’s 4-piece effect focuses on maximizing Bennett’s Burst damage while granting him a 25% Energy Recharge on its 2-piece.

4-Thundering Fury For Niche Compositions
Thundering Fury Bennett is a highly niche build that’s mostly used to break Electro Abyss Lector’s shield in theGenshin ImpactSpiral Abyss. With the combination of Bennett’s fourth ascension passive and 4-Thundering Fury’s effect, the Adventurer will be able to use his Skill every 1s. This allows him to break an Electro shield swiftly.
4-The Exile For Battery
Since Bennett’s healing is superb, players can also build him on 4-The Exile. It’s a lower-tier Artifact than the previously mentioned ones butallows Bennett to shine as a Battery inGenshin Impact.
4-Maiden Beloved For Healer
Bennett likely doesn’t need boosts from artifacts for his healing, but for those who want to get as much recovery as possible, then artifacts like 2-Tenacity of the Millelith, 2-Maiden Beloved, 2-Ocean-Hued Clam, and 4-Maiden Beloved are all viable options.
Just remember to not use4-Ocean-Hued Clam for Bennett inGenshin Impactas it’s useless with him.
The Best Weapons For Bennett In Genshin Impact
No matter what Bennett’s Role is, it is crucial toget him a weapon with high Base ATK. Operating as a Support or a Sub-DPS, players will want Bennett to always maximize his and his teammates' damage when standing inside his Elemental Burst. For that, opt for high-Base-ATK swords likeAquila FavoniaandMistsplitter Reforgedfor5-star swords inGenshin Impact.
As for the 4-stars, players can aim to getThe Alley Flash. Although Bennett won’t use any of the weapon’s Secondary stats and effect, the 620 Base ATK is more than enough to make up for it.
