Eventually, they glitch their way through a castle wall, where Godfrey appears in his secondary phase Hoarah Loux form. He does not move, nor can he be hurt by any of nykknot’s attacks, instead just standing idly by in preparation for his battle against the Tarnished later on.
Another user explained that Godfrey was placed somewhere hidden on the map so the game wouldn’t have to load him in during the boss fight against him inElden Ring.In fact, the glitch room nykknot discovered is reportedly placed directly beneath his boss arena, and otherpowerfulElden Ringbosseslike Radagon and the Elden Beast can be found in a similar manner. Certain Any% speedruns can exploit this by deloading the arena with zips, causing the bosses to simply plummet into the abyss and allowing said speedrunner to bypass their difficult boss fights altogether.
