The main feature of this mode is that players get to meet a new NPC named Harper. He gives out his own items, but to advance in his storyline, players will need to earn tokens. These tokens are a new currency, and can only be used in Harper’s Shop. As players get more tokens, they can buy more story-based missions. However, these tokens are rather hard to come by, butTechlandhas not made them impossible to get. If players utilize these tips with some strategy and patience, players will be able to advance quicker.

3Participation Goal

This can be done by just playingDying Light 2: Stay Human, but with criteria that the players need to fulfill. While they are easy to do, they only reward one token, so players should get them out of the way as soon as possible. The best part is that most of these goals have something to do with either movement or combat, something players have done a lot of by the time they reach Harper. The current personal goal is to dismember one enemy limb, which can be done easily provided players havepracticed the combatenough.

While it does seem easy, they can be tedious, and as mentioned before, getting them done sooner than later is the best bet. However, these challenges will change over time, and players will have to do new things, so these Participation Goals serve many purposes. The first is, keeping players engaged longer and allowing them to get better at the many aspects ofDying Light 2: Stay Human.

2Harper’s Elite Mission

This can only be done once players have ranked up fully to level ten with Harper. Leveling up iseasy to do, provided players balance out how they do the bounties. Once players reach level ten, they can unlock the Elite Mission, which is a time trial of the player surviving, but with difficulty turned all the way up. One of the main aspects ofDying Light 2: Stay Humanis the gear. However, for these Elite Missions, there is a spin to it. Worrying about gear in the main part ofDying Light 2: Stay Humanis a mistakeplayers should avoid.

Harper’s Elite Mission showcases just that because as soon as players are dropped into the mode, the gear is gone, except for the lock picks. Since players can only do this at rank ten, they should get some practice in before doing so, and leveling up Harper is the best to get there. While these missions only yield one token, players as of now can farm for more tokens because they can keep on doing it.

1Community Goal

The Community Goal is probably the most interesting way for players to get tokens because it doesn’t just rely on them but rather on the community ofDying Light 2: Stay Humanas well. Because it adds up what other players have done for the corresponding challenge with what players have done. Usually, these challenges are easy, but the hard part is making sure the goal is met. ThankfullyTechlandhas made the goals reasonable, so the community can achieve them faster.

Community Goals awards the most tokens by giving players 3 of them and resets, so players can come back when a new challenge drops. Unlike the other ways to get tokens, players need to claim the token by logging on toTechland’swebsite and hittingthe claim button. While on their website, players can track their progress with other challenges that give them tokens as well. So it’s a great idea to at least start doing the Community Challenge at the same time other players do it.
