Diablo 4has been exceedingly well received by both fans and critics. However, there have been a number of bugs reported since it released. One of the more frustrating among them has been dubbed theDiablo 4invisible wall bugthat stops players in their tracks at the borders of major areas. This bug was present in the beta test, and Blizzard is reportedly investigating it in the hopes of patching it out in the near future. In the meantime, Blizzard has advised players experiencing this particular bug to backtrack and then attempt to go through the zone border once again.

ADiablo 4Twitch streamer by the name of cArn_ lost 82 hours of progress after a bug caused his Hardcore mode character to die. Everything seemed to be going well until the streamer’s game disconnected from the server. To prevent players from intentionally disconnecting as a way to save their progress when they know they are going to die, the game treats a disconnect the same way as an in-game death. Thus, cArn_ reloaded his game to find that his run had ended before he could take on Lilith, the final boss inDiablo 4.
The first 1,000 players to reach level 100 in Hardcore mode will be immortalized by having their names added to a statue of Lilith at Blizzard’s headquarters. The challenge isn’t for the faint of heart, and someDiablo 4players have lost significant progressin their attempts to rank among the chosen few. Thankfully, in the case of cArn_, Blizzard has still acknowledged the streamer as the first to reach Hardcore mode level 100 inDiablo 4.
While some players have already beaten the base game,Diablo 4will be getting DLC in the future. There are reportedly already two expansions in the works that will be revealed in due course. WithDiablo 4being developed and treated as a modern live-service game, it could be that there will be many more expansions and content updates for players to look forward to.
Diablo 4is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
