Players can obtain some truly exciting items when the stars align inDiablo 4, as one lucky Rogue may have just obtained the perfect enabler of one of the most popular endgame builds. Though theitemization inDiablo 4has its issues, there are some standouts that significantly contribute to a character’s damage output such as Vulnerable, Skill Rank, and Cooldown Reduction. Attributes such as Lucky Hit are great to have, but they largely rely on the player having the correct build which uses a decent Lucky Hit effect.
Investing in gear inDiablo 4isn’t easy, but fans can expect to get some powerful items practically as soon as they enter World Tier 3. While greater tiers of Item Power inDiablo 4will yield greater values of a base stat like Armor, the trick to creating the most powerful items in the game is to find a perfectly rolled rare, and then combine it with a perfectly rolled Legendary Aspect.

This seems to be the case with Swyteh’s Rogue character, as the Legendary pair of gloves they posted on theDiablo 4subreddit features an imprinted Aspect at its maximum possible roll. The Mangler Aspect is considered best in slot for aTwisting Blades Rogue build inDiablo 4, as not only does it make crowded fights significantly safer with its Daze on Lucky Hit effect, but it also provides constant Energy regeneration by interacting with a Ring of the Umbral.
The juicy details lie in the original Rare’s rolls, as the gloves offer a staggering +4 Rank to Twisting Blades, a 12% Critical Strike Chance, a 16.5% Lucky Hit Chance, and an Enchanted 15% to Attack Speed. The gloves are fully upgraded, and all their attributes are maximum rolls. Simply put: it’s the stuff of dreams, and may be the best mathematically possible roll of a Mangler’s Gloves for a Twisting Blades build. While Blizzard still has many fixes in mind forDiablo 4’s endgame, it is encouraging to see that Legendary items are already so exciting. Compared toDiablo 3at launch, the sequel is in a much healthier place despite its shortcomings, and has the potential to rivalDiablo 2in the coming years.
Withtwo expansions already planned forDiablo 4, the developers will be able to expand upon the game’s itemization by introducing new stats, new classes, as well as new armor and weapon types. The only class being able to use shields in the base game is Necromancer, and it’s difficult to believe that it will remain so for long. Though it’s a foregone conclusion that Blizzard will expand on Item Power tiers in the coming seasons, Swyteh’s gloves will undoubtedly be useful for a long time.
Diablo 4is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
