How to Get the Let There Be Light Medal

Under the Guardian Games section of Season of Defiance Triumphs, players will see all the various Vanguard Medals that can be earned by doing almost anything in a Strike. There are a lot of Vanguard Medals, so it will take some time to get them all. Let There Be Light is on the third page, and in order to get it players must do the following.

To have enemy kills be considered rapid, players should aim to have less than a second between each of the three kills. While this may seem very difficult to do, any Super ability that hits multiple enemies at once is going to make it very easy to get this Vanguard Medal.

In the image above, the Strand Warlock SuperNeedlestorm was unleashed on a group of four enemies. As a result, the Let There Be Light medal was earned. This can also be accomplished with a roaming Super, but players will want to time it so that they are as close to a group of enemies as possible. The tricky part about this medal is the actions of other players in the Fireteam, so make sure to try and go for the Let There Be Light medal when the rest of the Fireteam is not nearby.

How to Get the Let There Be Light Triumph

In order to claim the Triumph for this medal, players must earn the Let There Be Light medal three times. If players have the Gold Contender buff fromreaching the Gold Thresholdin the Competitive playlist, they will get a huge boost to their Ability and Super regen when they kill combatants. This makes it much easier to unleash Supers almost back to back, especially if players have a more aggressive playstyle.
