Despite having released back in 2016, the asymmetric multiplayer horror gameDead by Daylightis still popular to this day. This is largely thanks to regular support from developer Behaviour Interactive, which has continued to release substantial newDead by Daylightcontent on a consistent basis. Now the next piece ofDead by Daylightcontent has been announced in the form of Chapter 15: Chains of Hate, which will introduce a killer, map, survivor, and more when it launches on March 10 for $7.99.
The newDead by Daylightkiller is called The Deathslinger. Wielding a “heavily modified” speargun, The Deathslinger is able to shoot his victims and pull them close. Needless to say, The Deathslinger should make a fittingly creepy addition to the growingDead by Daylightroster of killers.

Dead by Daylightplayers that buy the Chapter 15: Chains of Hate DLC on March 10 will also get their hands on a new survivor named Zarina Kassir. According to the developers,Dead by DaylightsurvivorKassir is a “daring filmmaker” who specializes in healing other survivors.
As for the new map,Dead by DaylightChapter 15 will introduce one with a western theme. Called the Dead Dawg Saloon, the newDead by Daylightmap takes place on the “unforgiving frontier” in a location that was once the location of a deadly gang war. The new map, survivor, and killer should be available for all versions of the game on March 10, including theDead by DaylightSwitch version.
It remains to be seen how fans react to the newDead by DaylightDLC, but various streamers are streaming the new content right now. Unfortunately, Behaviour Interactive has yet to release a trailer that properly showcases The Deathslinger or new survivor Zarina Kassir. Instead all that’s available is theDead by DaylightChapter 15 teaser that offers little more than the Chains of Hate logo.
Looking ahead, fans can expect Behaviour Interactive to continue supportingDead by Daylightwith new updates. Some of these updates may even include crossover content with existing horror franchises. In the past, we’ve seenDead by DaylightfeatureHalloweenDLC, aStranger Thingsupdate, and much more, so it stands to reason that even more iconic horror villains could be on the way for the asymmetric multiplayer horror game.
Dead by Daylightis out now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a mobile release also in development.
