Baldur’s Gate 3is a fascinating game that puts the player in interesting situations and grants them many ways to solve them. One situation the player could encounteris a paralyzed Tiefling girl, Pandrina, inside a storage room.
The game will allow the player to help her, leave her be, or even kill her. However, is there even any advantage to helping Pandrina or is it simply a waste of time for the player?
Where To Find Pandrina
The player will be able to find Pandrina within the Hollows, which is locatedinside the Druid Grove. An easy way the player can find her is by interacting with a rat with a chipped tooth, who will lead the player to her, if the player is successful with the animal handling ability check.
She will not be found simply by walking around. The player must go through a storage room with a locked door. The door, however, is quite shaggy, so most attacks will be able to tear it down without any issue.
There shouldn’t be anyone besides her around so the player shouldn’t worry about the other Tiefling spotting them causing trouble, but if there is, there are other ways in.
Other Ways To Access Pandrina In The Storage Room
Besides breaking down the door, the player has other options as well. The first one is to obviously lockpick the entrance to the storage room that houses the paralyzed Pandrina. Making use of a character such as Astarion should make the task quite simple.
Another option the player might easily miss is a passageway from behind. The player can go ahead from where the storage is and they will find Sazza with Tieflings wanting to execute her. The player can intervene and save her but that doesn’t matter much.
After this is over, go to the area behind her cage and jump. Do not go inside the stonewall if the goal is to reach Pandrina, but continue ahead.
Then, the player will be able to reach her storage room in no time. All it takes is a bit of jumping around. The player will find some explosives along the way so they should be careful to not get close to them and continue ahead as quickly as possible.
Should You Help Pandrina In Baldur’s Gate 3?
Pandrina will be found inside the storage room, on the ground. She will tell the player that the room is off-limits and that they should leave. The player will have the option to do one of the following ability checks: Insight, Persuasion, Deception, Intimidation - or even attacking her.
The first three will allow the player to learn that she drank a potion that paralyzed her. Intimidation will make her stay quiet, however, which is perfect if the player wants to rob the cabinet as she would call the guards on the player otherwise.
After taking the key from the pantry and stealing everything from the cabinet, the player can still help her.
Using the spell ofLesser Restorationthat Shadowheart most likely should possessby this point, she can be healed. The player shouldn’t steal anything more after helping her as she will still call for guards.
There is no advantage to helping her. So leaving after taking everything the player wants from the room is perhaps the best option, unless the player wants to help her for roleplay reasons.
What Is There Inside The Pantry Chest And The Cabinet?
Behind Pandrina, the player will find a pantry chest. Open it, and there is a key for the cabinet to unlock, as well as some coins and an agate stone.
The good stuff is inside the cabinet that players can make good use of. Using the key the player got from the pantry chest, unlock the cabinet.

Of course, the most interesting find is definitely the Drow Poison. It’s an uncommon item that allows the player to coat their weapon with poison. This will cause their enemies to have to pass a constitution check to avoid being poisoned or falling asleep.
A short description of the item is also provided with an explanation of its origins:
“Many Drow cultivate poisons with religious fervor. After all, Lolth, their dread arachnid Goddess, is pleased by only the deadliest of concoctions. “
All these items will definitely come in handy, especially since they can be acquired so early on in the game if the player wishes so.
