All three games in the mainBaldur’s Gateseries have earned a great deal of critical acclaim. This makes theBaldur’s Gatetrilogy stand outas one of the highest-rated video game trilogies of all time. There are some aspects of the first twoBaldur’s Gategames that some fans feel haven’t aged well though, so if one decides to revisit the classics they shouldn’t go in expecting something on the scale ofBaldur’s Gate 3.
