The news comes by way of prominent leakers Kelios and Samus Hunter over on Twitter. On the social media platform, Kelios assured fans that they would see a Pokemon Presents in early June, with updates on the release of the upcoming MOBAPokemon Unite, as well as confirmed release dates forBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearl.Samus Hunter reiterated these claims, stating that fans will see a Pokemon Presents ahead of E3, along with much more information in a thread of tweets.

Samus Hunter goes into much more detail on what allegedly has been going on behind the scenes forPokemon, stating that The Pokemon Company is focused on rebuildingthe public’s image ofPokemon Uniteafter the game was poorly received upon its initial reveal. Additionally, the leaker claims that some differences between the original games and the 4th generation remakes will start to be shown, such as new forms for older Pokemon, the return of some older game mechanics, and to many fans' dismay, the exclusion once again of a National Pokedex.

Allegedly,Pokemon Legends: Arceuswill be a title primarily focused on the single-player experience, following in the footsteps ofThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildby emphasizing free exploration. While Nintendo seemingly already hasan exciting E3 planned,it seems The Pokemon Company isn’t done surprising fans just yet either.
